Hi everyone! My name is Madelyn and I am an instructor here at SPENGA! I recently moved to the Des Moines area following my graduation from the University of Illinois with a degree in Sports Management. SPENGA is the starting studio of my group fitness instructor career and I can’t wait to grow here!

My favorite things to do outside of the studio are visit local coffee shops, watch reality tv, and try new golf courses. I love to make upbeat, EDM styled music playlist and bring lots of energy into my sessions. I can’t wait to meet new clients and make new friends here at SPENGA!
